The Value of Collaboration

There are increasing calls for for enterprises of all kinds to collaborate, but for many, this is not a natural practice. Collaboration might not always make sense, and it can be a difficult process to manage. Value is extracted from a collaboration when the returns from value-adding transactions exceed the cost of house-keeping transactions.
