Reinvention requires thinking outside the box. There is an emphasis on learning - fast learning as a source of competitive advantage , learning that leads to change and learning as a result of change. This shapes the mission of The Reinvention Network in its research and consulting activities (see participation tab). We seek to enhance enterprise competitiveness by orchestrating internal activities that also build on new external developments, engage with compatible external resources and access external knowledge using to support on-going creative change:

Developing On-line Tools

The Reinvention Network has completed many consulting and research assignments throughout its history, and uses on-line tools in its collaboration and knowledge management ventures. We have also developed some methodologies that could be better shared to help solve client problems if they were available as on-line tools, and the company is embarking on a toolkit development program in conjunction with academic partners and client organisations. We welcome expressions of interest from others wishing to participate in similar ventures.
